Service Desk Agent
We are currently seeking a Service Desk Agent for a prestigious multinational IT to work for public institutions in the HQ’s in Brussels (Belgium).
Description of the tasks
• User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools
• Follow-up of incidents related to information systems organisation of the reporting
• Follow-up of user requests • Analyze, report and follow-up of bugs
• Writing user documentation for Information Systems
• Deliver guidance and coaching on information systems
• Provide support and guidance on collaborative tools
• Provide IT communication through different type of support (i.e. intranet, newsletters, Tip and Tricks, etc.)
Knowledge and skills
• Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
• Excellent communication / writing skills in English and French
• Capability of integration in an international environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
• Good knowledge of SQL Developer
Specific expertise
• At least 2 years of experience with a project management methodology (e.g. Prince2)
• 2 years’ experience in RUP or another software development process methodology
• Experience with quality procedures. (e.g. ISO 10006:2003)
